Poor cleaning on arrival. - bathroom was decidedly disgusting. Simple furnishings. Good parking. Non-maintained outdoor area. Very noisy from other apartments in the home.

The whole place was dirty, especially the carpets in the bathroom. The toilet smelt of piss! The mattresses were dead and the equipment, wghat existed was generally tired. We left 3 days early as we couldn't stand another night. Shame on Interhome for renting such accommodation!

Very well located, you can easily walk to Dinard center. Big garden

Good location close to the beaches, the coastal path and the center of Dinard. The living room is large and sunny. The garden is appreciable. But the apartment deserves a refresh of its interior and exterior equipment. False ceiling and dated carpets. Washing machine that washes badly and does not spin. False grass in the unhygienic veranda, curtains in the showers, tired pillows and stained mattress covers. Regarding the garden, the gates are rusty and the table is crumbling

Ground floor apartment practical for older people. 1km walk from the town center and the beach. Correct bedding The cleanliness is not at the top (dust++), the washing machine does not wash. Be careful when you leave the apartment, the street is extremely busy and the cars forget the pedestrian crossing (we almost died often). It should read 2 showers and not 2 bathrooms.

Cottage well located between Dinard and Saint Malo clean and spacious

Functional and spacious accommodation to accommodate a family with a dog. Easy to access, parking opposite, beach 5 mins walk and 5 mins drive from the center of Dinard. The terrace / veranda and the garden are very significant. Too bad the soundproofing is so bad (upstairs apartments, sanitary pipes and roadside).

The apartment was simple and functional, although some furniture and fittings were visibly old. As advertised, it was a bit noisy (road and apartment above), but the veranda and access to the garden were very pleasant, especially with a dog. Interesting location, close to the sea and the coastal promenade.
