great rental for the price but noisy because close to the road, a little old, broken cutlery, mattresses to be reviewed, outside without coffee table and just one chair, etc ... but space and well located ... could be very good with a few improvements in comfort and furnishings (sofa, chairs, uncomfortable beds)

Arrived at the place disappointed by certain things... We reported the problems to the agency. No trash bag, moving toilet, etc.

damp room, cleanliness of household appliances left something to be desired. Curtains in living room not functional (bar too big preventing the curtains from sliding). Fridge too small. Otherwise, good location., beautiful living room, lots of storage, well equipped (washing machine, oven in addition to the microwave, iron and ironing board)

Small flat difficulty in locking the front door and the window door of the room. And as reported 2 years ago, difficulty closing the curtains!

The toilets are old. Sheets should be washed more regularly. Get a bigger TV. Provide a broom.

September 2020. Couple 50-60 Good without being very good. Out of season and on sale: good value for money. Well placed a few km from DINARD without the inconvenience of parking in Dinard center. Extra private parking. A little noisy but bedroom and gardens at the back so no problem. Proper equipment but no internet. I attribute 7/10

Spacious and well appointed rooms. Note the proximity to the coast (300 meters from a beach). Soundproofing to improve. Concealment of bay windows difficult, even impossible to implement (curtain bars not adapted to the rings of the curtains). Brief cleaning upon our arrival !!!
