The apartment is very good, as advertised and ideally located in Nice. However, the neighborhood is noisy (the room is above the kitchens of a restaurant), and there is no air conditioning, which we missed during our stay when it was 30 degrees day and night. To enjoy life on site, the proximities are perfect: shops, restaurants, beach, train station...
