Le Belvédère

Small house in a quiet enclosure near Cavalaire. Comfortable beds, air-conditioned rooms, beautiful swimming pool shared with the condominium but quiet. The place is great but would benefit from being equipped with better quality: supplement for wifi not working, living room without air conditioning, outdoor blind not usable in case of wind, living room shutters blocked, outdoor table and deckchair old, indoor table for 2 and not 4 people, low-cost coffee maker, old microwave oven...

The house is a dream and in excellent condition. Fantastic location with a great view. Great size. Great outdoor areas with sun protection. Extremely clean. Excellently equipped, pretty much everything has been thought of. Very quiet location. Easily accessible outdoor parking on the street. Internet can be booked separately via Travel Wifi, which worked very well. On TV, in addition to French channels, log-in for various providers is possible (including Apple, Prime, Rakuten, Netflix-Sky does not work, however).

Quiet residence (many owners live there year-round). Nice view. The very pleasant swimming pool is an indisputable plus. Pleasant and well-equipped accommodation but the microwave and the extractor hood unfortunately did not work. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is a real plus. The rental price is however in my opinion a little high compared to the services offered by this property and its location in relation to the beaches. Very pleasant stay nonetheless.

The accommodation is great. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Large kitchen with lots of cooking utensils. Very nice pool (heated). Very nice and quiet location. The only drawback is the size of the pillows. These are clearly too small. The internet connection is very unstable in the area. WiFi and mobile data are very bad, but this has nothing to do with the accommodation.

Nice little house, well equipped and clean. Large terrace with a beautiful view (sea & forest) despite a significant vis-à-vis. Remote location of the city center which may require having a vehicle. Recommendable.

House and equipment overall solid. Unfortunately, especially the couch and chairs in the living room and the beds in the bedroom were totally dirty. Hair and heavy sweat stains were everywhere. Extractor hood in the kitchen completely dirty and covered with fat. Kitchen cupboards with crumbs and traces of olive oil, baking tray and oven dirty. Although the traces of sweat and dirt were confirmed, the house was only cleaned to a very limited extent. Very unsatisfactory!

The directions were only a problem, because I was looking for the parking lot with the number 22 the whole time and it was marked as A3. The cleanliness of the oven was not sufficient for my sense of cleanliness. The ladies of her office were very helpful and friendly.

Our arrival was late in the evening. Interhome gave us a very illegible map because of bad printing, without a sat nav it was impossible to find your way around. Had to ask the police for help. On site (at night) no good description of which house, which P. The key to the swimming pool? Couldn't use the swimming pool. Private belongings of the hosts not clear, we didn't know if it was private or for our use. Facility ONLY accessible by car.

Superb rental: very clean, bright, clear with an equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. Located in a quiet residence with very nice neighbors, we enjoyed this week in an idyllic setting (sea view, in the middle of greenery, with a very pleasant swimming pool). We will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful location: very clean, bright, with a large kitchen that is very well equipped and there is plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the view from the spacious terrace every day (view of the sea and the beautiful green landscape). We can definitely recommend the holiday home.
