Have the bay window cleaned.

If the view is superb, the cleaning has not been done, so I report it over the Easter weekend, but no one has called me back even during the week. Inter home subcontracting, from the organization with which I often rent. and with which I have no difficult problem to park I know the corner even with a handicapped place. And it was out of season, magnificent view of Saint Malo

well appointed and very well located apartment, with balcony overlooking the bay. Only downside concerning the parking which is an ordeal to manage on a daily basis and which spoils the stay a little

Apartment with a magnificent sea view. But the interior deserves a good refresh, it's a shame because the apartment is well laid out and big enough for 2 people.

Incredible view of the sea. Ideally located apartment. But the bay windows in the bedroom do not open and the windows are very dirty. The windows of the room were not very transparent! No rod to change the orientation of interior blinds. Minimal equipment in crockery and utensils. No microwave dish. No winkle spikes, no clamps, crab nutcrackers. Balcony not cleaned.

The apartment and the view are superb. Only downside, very very cold when we arrived (the radiators were off.) The water pressure for the bath is very low.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean. Presence of sand in the bed of the living room balcony in a very dirty state etc. Our conclusion the cleaning was not properly done. Despite our return to the agency, no action was taken. We are unhappy with this rental. Cordially,

Great location with fantastic sea views towards Saint Malo. Accommodation clean, quite spartan but perfectly adequate for a short break. Were already the 2nd time in this accommodation.

The services are not up to the asking price. Very nice view and pleasant terrace, but the exterior awning does not work, but it would be welcome. The living room is large and bright, the largest awning does not work well. The trundle bed is too smashed to make a bed, contrary to what is advertised. The room is very noisy and had to be aired for quite a while. the blankets did not smell good A stained mattress pad !!. It lacks basic equipment: hair dryer, ice cube tray, clothes pegs and the ironing board is approximate. The refrigerator froze all the food that had to be thrown away. That's a lot of negatives

we really appreciated the location of the apartment with its view of Saint Malo, the small port of Dinard, the location which allows you to do everything on foot. Great rental for Dinard

it is difficult to eat on this table with reclining chairs and a high table. Solution put a pillow under the buttocks and behind the back.i Very low beds. For the price an effort is to be made, however very nice view and well located the kitchen hood smelled very bad, so we stopped it, the dishes are clean the imposition of the household increased the cost

Apparently very well located. Complies with the description. Wonderful view, worth it despite the fact that the room is very hot and it is very difficult to find a parking space.
