The Ampuria agency is particularly efficient, responsive and attentive. As for the apartment, I have noticed progress, in particular the wifi now works and the washing machine is new. For the rest (fridge too small, insufficient kitchen utensils, lack of comfort) nothing has changed.

Location ideally located from the city center, shops and the beach. The pool is of decent size. However, the landlords of the residence are very noisy and do not respect others, shouting and loud music every day and sometimes until 2 am. The apartment is very poorly insulated and is starting to get run down for the price!!!. Disastrous bedding. Watch out for the parking spaces (small and close to each other. Too bad, I won't be back.
