A house on top of a hill with one other vacation home and the owner's apartment. The swimming pool is shared with another apartment and the owner. You could be in relative peace at the swimming pool and the scenery is wonderful. The terrace in the apartment is nice! The only regret was that the owner washed the pool in the evenings already before the closing time of the pool (around 19:00), which is why you couldn't go into the pool then. The interior is like the pictures, but basic cleaning equipment, such as a washcloth and cleaning agents, was missing. Air conditioning is not included in the price.

At the beginning of June, as a family with 3 children, we spent a great 11 days of vacation with Francesco. The apartment is exactly as described and in great condition. We enjoyed the great pool and the wonderful view of the valley. In the evening the property was beautifully lit. Francesco was very concerned about the cleanliness of the pool and the outdoor area. The location offers the opportunity to explore Tuscany. Thank you for the nice vacation days!

a very nice house, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The landlords are - although linguistically not so flexible - very nice and friendly. Everything was perfectly clean. Centrally located in the middle of Tuscany, so that you had to drive a maximum of 1 hour to the major sights. Again any time.

The very well maintained pool is beautiful and has a great view. Very nice terrace with comfortable seating and dining table. The shady parking lot was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean, but for the price we would have expected that, for example, dishwasher tabs and a dishcloth were available. Or a tray, because the kitchen is on the upper floor. Unfortunately no fly screens, no oven.

We had a week stay at this beautiful place. Everything was clean and nice and the home is nicely decorated. It lies very much to itself and on top of a small mountain. Good distance to beautiful cities like Volterra, Siena and Lucca. If you have to say something less good, it is that the kitchen equipment is a bit sparse, bad wifi and that there is sweeping / rattling outside every morning at. latest 7, but it's small things in relation to the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit and we would love to come again.

Great location, very friendly reception, stylishly furnished; bathrooms totally fine; everything worked; very clean area with a great pool and very good sun loungers; the whole complex is very well maintained. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation week.

This is our second stay here. The house is located on a hill behind the town, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It is a restored 15th-century villa in a traditional Tuscan style. Beautifully maintained vegetation and the entire surroundings. Nice clean pool. Nice helpful hosts. A surprise for us was the lack of a kettle in the kitchen and an oven.
