The location is very good if you like quiet and little noise. It is in an urbanization a bit far from the center, the beach and the shops, although you can walk. Ease of parking near the house and difficulty to park in the center (most are paid areas) especially on weekends. The house has charm but it needs to take care of some aesthetic details such as order in the material in the living room, lack of screens in showers or renewal of towels, sheets and dishes.
