The location is great, everything is within walking distance, but the house is in desperate need of a facelift! The kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, sink) are a disaster. The rooms are okay, but they also desperately need new bedding! The bathroom is also terrible, and there's no real hot water.

Spacious house with beautiful veranda very useful this year (rainy). Close proximity to the daily market and 10 mins walk from Place Océane.

Centrally located but still not as noisy as others have pointed out. Friendly dealings with the landlord, problems were kindly fixed. All in all we were satisfied with the circumstances and can say that you can go there again.

The house has a good layout and the location is ideal in the early season. Just behind the market. Has a beautiful garden. The equipment is a bit outdated, but serves its purpose. However, in the high season very, very loud. I've been there twice in the pre-season and would book it again at any time. However, only in the early season, in the high season, noisy and also too expensive.
