We booked this villa for 8 people as a family and had a wonderful stay. The holiday atmosphere is truly there, with the pool, the pétanque court, the barbecue, and above all, a beautiful terrace for evening drinks. The proximity to the beach and the town center are a real plus. We highly recommend this rental for your summer vacation. The owner is great. If we could suggest one point of improvement, it would be a little refreshment inside the house.

There were two of us in the Nael house with our two dogs. The living and dining area is very spacious and yet comfortably furnished with a comfortable couch. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Two bedrooms were prepared for us, but we only used the largest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There are shutters everywhere. Our two dogs were very welcome. They really enjoyed the completely fenced-in garden, which is not very visible.

The accommodation is very old and it is clear that the rental is purely commercial in nature. The furnishings are unloving, the bathrooms are old and run down, as is the kitchen. Plates without marks or glasses without cracks were rare. The large, clean pool is surrounded by a field. No greenery, no plants apart from the neighbor's plants - a real shame! The contact person on site does not speak English, communication via Google Translate :-(

Comfortable house, well located, close to the cycle paths of the ocean and the city center.

We were in Montalivet in a very hot period. The pool was therefore a very welcome refreshment for us. The landlord was very nice and helpful. Definitely a recommendation.
