Very comfortable apartment, with large volumes and well arranged. Very pleasant and warm welcome. Owner very available and attentive. Bread, milk and egg service available. Comfortable and spacious ski room.

A very nice holiday apartment that has everything you need. The landlady is super nice and very concerned about her guests. We have been there three times now and it is getting harder and harder to say goodbye. Very nice location. Offers lots of opportunities to do things with the children

Great house for a large group. Top showers, hot water, very good kitchen, lounge not as big as the pictures suggest, but it's enough. Bench seats are only enough for 12 adults, not for 14, but chairs are fine, great bread roll service, nice landlords, the old people downstairs are super nice and don't mind loud music, top ski cellar, great bread roll service

Everything present in large measure, good rooms, very clean. Andrea (owner) very friendly and helpful. Normally a winter residence for skiers, but certainly a good place to stay in the summer in Zillertal.

The accommodation is very spacious with many balconies around the house. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. Due to the farm next door and the location you have a perfect experience in nature and the mountains. Perfect for both skiing and hiking! Absolutely nothing was missing.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. It is perfectly located between the large ski areas of the Zillertal Arena and within walking distance to the small but fine Gerlosstein ski area. The accommodation itself is big enough for up to 14 people. The kitchen is modern, spacious and well equipped. The rooms could do with a little update, but they're great for the price. For us it was not the last skiing holiday in this accommodation!

It's worth going, I recommend it

The house was quite "quaint", which is no wonder considering it is 200 years old, but very clean. The reception by the landlady was also very warm. The children had a lot of fun there with the animals and the adults could also enjoy the great view of the mountains and the valley. We have decided to go there again in the summer.

Lots of space, new kitchen, friendly landlady, delicious fresh milk, great view of the Zillertal. Some of the mattresses were a little saggy, the duvet covers were warm and brought back memories of the old days.

Everything was great, landlords are helpful and very nice. A microwave should be in the kitchen to warm up food.

We rented cottage 4 families together with children. The rooms are nice. The big kitchen and equipped with everything needed. There is separate space for ski equipment. Parking in front of the cottage. The room was very nice
