This cottage is extremely comfortable and well equipped.. It is very secluded which we loved, the sheltered south facing garden was a bonus. Waking each morning to birdsong heavenly. We have returned home very relaxed from our week in Kingbarth.

Lovely house, peaceful surroundings, convenient location for north and east Cornwall.. Decor of the house was absolutely first-class, and it was extremely well-equipped with high-quality fittings everywhere. We were extremely satisfied with our choice of this property.

Cottage is lovely but was a tad remote for us - driving down the lane is quite tight and we did not venture out after dusk..

Kingsbarth was clean, warm and well cared for with tasteful decor and good quality fixtures and fittings.. The situation was good as it's not far from the village but utterly peaceful. We visited Eden and Lanhydrock and had some walks from the door as well as others a short drive away. The housekeeper could not have been more helpful.
My only reservation is how much the service from Helpful Holidays has deteriorated since it was taken over by Sykes. Queries raised with the office prior to our trip were answered inaccurately, and somewhat dismissively, unlike the old days when the team actually knew the properties and owners.

We had the most wonderful holiday staying here, an idyllic setting with beautiful views we were blessed with beautiful weather all week but I can imagine how cosy it would be to stay here in the colder months.. Everything you need has been thought of for your comfort and the cottage is spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone who is looking for a peaceful relaxing environment yet within easy reach of places of interest.

We loved the location of Kingbarth.. It was in beautiful countryside, yet in easy reach of many interesting places. We loved the walks on the south coast nearby and our visits to Fowey and Lanhydrock. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated and very comfortable and cosy. It was a perfect short break for all of us (3 generations) Thank you!
