Well located 3 minutes walk from the market, the beach and the shops and 6 minutes by car from Quiberon; large garden, but the furniture in the living room is not the same as in the photo. However, the garden is not fenced as we can hear, the dog can jump over the 50 cm high wall and the gate is made up of two planks, the dog passes between the two planks. Otherwise, very pleasant house in a quiet subdivision

A house with great potential but poorly maintained. The layout of the rooms is great. It is practical for a family with young children or a pet because it is fenced. It is well located in a quiet area but close to shops, the sea and a charming little port.

- poor facilities - dining table almost collapsed - rubbish in the garden - washing machine broken; we were told to wait for a mechanic who never came - cutlery and crockery dirty - not every bed had a bedside table and bedside lamp - ceiling lighting seemed to darken the room rather than brighten it - the garden gate is unsuitable for holidaymakers with dogs. - house and garden have potential, but it is not used at all

The house is fine and spacious enough for 4 people. The location in the residential area with the spacious garden is fantastic! Everything is quite outdated in the house. On arrival, my husband repaired the sliding door (mechanism in the handle) and fixed the bracket of the shower tap. The furniture inside and out is faded. But all equipment worked properly! Mattresses are new, but rock hard and not comfortable. Despite the fact that we slept badly, the stay was pleasant!

The bungalow style holiday home has a lot of potential to spend a nice holiday there. The location is very good, quiet but close to all shops and two beautiful beaches. Nice big garden. Unfortunately the property is not well maintained. The furniture was unfortunately totally worn out and partially damaged. All floor lamps/bedside lamps broken or wobbly. Kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances found partly dirty. Not recommended for holidays with small children.

The house is very well located, close to the sea and shops in a quiet area. The garden is very pleasant and the house functional. Comfort and equipment are correct.
