Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, radio and wood-burning stove.

The house has everything you need (pans, pots, towels, bed linen, oven, dishwasher...) K. welcomed us very nicely and we were allowed into the house earlier. It was also clean :) The only small minus point is the early departure at 9am.

We spent a great holiday in Aschau and were warmly welcomed by K. The accommodation has everything you need, it was clean and functional. The landlady and family are very welcoming and have given us help and advice during our stay. The location of the house is a bit out of the way, but right in the middle of the Zillertal with a great view from the balcony. We are happy to recommend the house. The rooms were in very good condition. We really enjoyed the quiet and the view. Since the Zillertal has a lot to offer, we couldn't use everything in the time, so we will come back here again. We found the friendliness of the hosts to be very warm. All in all a very nice vacation.

Beautiful accommodation near ski resorts. Fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a wood stove - as an addition to the central heating - great for days on the slopes. Very nice hostess.

Very nice, quiet house. Friendly owners. Everything a short distance available by car. The owners live next door, but privacy and tranquility remain guaranteed. You only see them if you call them yourself. The bed itself is in need of renewal.

The cottage / residence is nice and well laid out. Just a pity that they have a sofa bed in the living room instead of a 2-person sofa that is not comfortable. They could get a big plus point with that. Otherwise a nice bathroom with toilet and shower and washbasin. The kitchen is where we spent most of our time because there is an Austrian dining table with a bench around it where you can sit comfortably.

Nice cozy cottage close to the slopes of Kaltenbach (with car). Very nice owners live next door. Everything needed was available in the kitchen and the rest of the house. Plenty of towels and clean. Small minus we found the fact that there was no ski drying room, so there were ski equipment in the house. Hallway was too small for this.

Very great location, everything nearby, bathing pond, inns, discounters. Cycling and hiking trails top. The landlords very accommodating and nice. Four of us stayed in this cottage for a week, found it very clean. Enough space, fully furnished and cozy. We recommend!

Friendly welcome, problem-free handover and processing, beautifully situated, picturesque log cabin with enough space for 4-5 people, also with a dog. The house is well equipped, although some of the mattresses are no longer the newest, but we can still imagine them as holiday accommodation in the Zillertal at any time.

We came with 5 people and were greeted very friendly. The condition of the house is as stated in the description. Our opinion very good!!! The central location makes it easier for skiers and snowboarders to get to their desired slopes. Walkway to the train station about 300 meters. Train and bus connections are great!

It was an ideal accommodation for us (2 middle aged people) but for 6 people I would find it rather cramped/small. Wonderfully situated on a slope, outside the village, in the middle of agriculture. Very friendly landlady, she helped out with everything we missed (a few kitchen items).
