Windows, doors, locks all very stiff, one window couldn't be closed, only one sunshade available, the grill didn't have a train, smoke constantly came to the operator, PIN from the key safe changed on arrival, had to be laboriously asked from the landlord

We were in the finca for a week: parents with child (4 years) and grandparents. Enjoyed the peace and quiet in and around the house and the beautiful pool. Overall, we spent a relaxing holiday. The distances to the beaches are far, but we were aware of that beforehand.

Beautiful spacious house with air conditioning in all rooms. Clean pool. Nice owner. Equipped with everything you need. It is a bit remote, but with a lot of privacy.

Arrival went without any problems. I had contact with the owner in advance who was always very nice and helpful. The finca is in good condition. The finca makes a neat impression both inside and outside. The finca is quiet, you are on your own. Everything worked without any problems. Shops with the car about 10/15 minutes. We will definitely be back again.

The finca is in a very beautiful rural location. Jump into the pool quickly in the morning and then enjoy breakfast or turn on the BBQ grill in the evening, no problem :)

the lighting in and around the house should be checked regularly. 6 lamps in and on the house had no function. Especially annoying when you come home in the dark.

Peace and quiet. We have already booked several times the landlord's houses and our expectations have always been met. The house was clean and well-kept. We can only recommend the area around Felanitx for those who are looking for peace and relaxation. We will definitely come again.
