Less than two kilometres from Lake Trasimeno, this picture-perfect Tuscan villa feels like a true retreat. Days unfold at a leisurely pace, between dips in the infinity pool and long lunches on the patio surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants. Inside, it’s rustic chic, with exposed wooden beams, stone floors, pastel-painted walls, and bathtubs set beneath windows while a grand piano and a foosball table in the attic keep both grown-ups and kids entertained. The lake itself is a one-stop destination for swimming and watersports, with lots of lovely dining options on the shores, or else venture to one of the surrounding villages or vineyards for a tasting or two.

*The first floor is access via an internal staircase and an external loggia.
*The swimming pool is only available for use from the first Saturday in May until the end of September.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot with sheets, a high chair and window guards. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free on-site parking.
