Ca' di Bacco

Our stay at Ca di Bacco was enjoyable. Good location, the apartment had everything you need to relax.

Dirt road uphill for 3 km, non-drinking water and not recommended by the manager, clogged sink, swimming pool without any smell of chlorine and full of leaves, a bad smell floating inside and outside the house, perhaps due to clogging of a septic tank. At checkout we phoned at the indicated time but a stranger answered and told us to close the door behind us. It was not as relaxing a stay as I was hoping for.

Umbria is worth seeing! We enjoyed the heavenly peace and nature of the quarter. We have never seen so many butterflies and swarms of fireflies before. The house is clean, solidly furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool was refreshing and in very good condition. The landlords are very friendly! There are many wonderful places in the vicinity and further afield, all of which are not overcrowded and invite you to linger.

The big problem with this house was that there was supposed to be Wi-fi, when we got to the house they said it was broken and it took almost two of the three weeks we were there for it to be fixed. This means that we had to order extra surf for the son's mobile. Got very good help from Interhome in Stockholm with the WI-fi problem. The pool that was there was a lot of rubbish in it as the place is remote with a lot of forest around. The accommodation was good and matched the description.

Comfortable but furnishings too rustic and rudimentary.
