Very friendly, helpful landlord, tasteful furnishings, peace, vision, good mattresses, several nice seats in the garden. Possibility of hiking on a largely level panoramic path with a wide view. Occasional dogs barking at night, the kitchen equipment and electrical connections take some getting used to, but not that important for us. We felt very comfortable!

Great accommodation, a lot of privacy, had the pool almost always to ourselves. Very steep approach to the property, no problem by car, a challenge by bike. Everything available for cooking. Good restaurants within 5 minutes by car, moderate prices for Tuscany, cheaper than in the Chianti area...

Beautiful spacious holiday home with a nice pool. Good base for trips. Not too far from cities such as Florance, Arezzo, Siena, Pisa etc. The owners are very friendly people who are happy to do everything for you. On arrival 2 bottles of water and an Italian delicacy were ready for us. We were regularly asked if everything was still to our liking. Simply top landlords.
