We felt very comfortable in the house and spent a quiet holiday. Landlords are very nice, helpful and speak very good English. Unfortunately, no German-language programs can be received on the TV. The covered terrace invites you to linger in any weather.

The house is located on the outskirts, it is nice and quiet and is located on a huge property. The landlords are very helpful and nice and speak good English. Absolutely recommended :-)

We were able to spend wonderfully relaxing 14 days in northern Tuscany. The mixture of peace, great cities and people as well as beach and sea with wonderful hosts was a perfect mix for us.

Beautiful detached holiday home with beautiful old furniture and plenty of household items. Everything clean and tidy. The very nice and courteous landlords live in the adjoining house, but do not use the lawn or pool. You speak good English. The view of the surrounding mountains from the pool is great. The sheltered terrace is a great place to sit and dine. Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Carrara, beaches etc. are easy to reach. We would go back anytime.

Beautiful location, off the city tram and completely surrounded by greenery! Large and spacious house, however, the smell of closed both on the linen and deriving from the furniture. Kitchen lacking a microwave oven essential on vacation. Bathroom missing hairdryer and shower taps to fix. Overall, with the improvements indicated it would be perfect! The kind and friendly owners.

French-speaking owner, very friendly, helpful and available. Perfect. Ideal location. Very good exterior. On the other hand, the interior lacked cleanliness and is old-fashioned. Spiral staircase not practical with young children.
