Outside, the villa has verandas on both sides as well as a large garden with a lawn, a private swimming pool and two shady terraces. And there are more vistas to enjoy from the open-plan living area too. Location-wise, the city of Noto, with its Baroque architecture, is just over three kilometres away. Or for a day at the beach, Lido di Noto is under 7 kilometres from this home.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 31st October.
