The house is beautifully situated on a large plot with fantastic views. The last part of the road to the house is a bit steep and narrow, but easily accessible with a normal car. We found the hygiene to be mediocre (house not really clean and plates, cutlery, glassware all dirty), the shower downstairs cannot be used (water flows into the living room) and the shower upstairs had a very small jet of water.

Fantastic view of the sea and Etna, a little out of the way but you can't have everything. Accommodation as described, correct bedding, clean and spacious house. I'll be back.

Fantastic location on the outskirts with a wide panoramic view, behind Mount Etna (the smoking peaks can usually be seen clearly in the morning sky) The house is very spacious, comfortable and lavishly furnished. The bathrooms are almost new and clean. Large terrace, large parking lot. Friendly, uncomplicated landlady who quickly translates her Italian via smartphone. Downer: WiFi mostly too weak. Access is only possible with an all-terrain vehicle. Garbage collection unreliable.

Generously laid out, fully equipped, clean...what more could you ask for. The only thing that didn't really work was W-LAN - it wasn't charged for either.
