Large villa with beautiful garden with swimming pool 2 minutes from the center of Marsala The owner lives on the ground floor, the first floor and an attic accessible by a spiral staircase are available to guests The house is well divided with very large rooms, two complete bathrooms and one without a shower The air conditioning system in the bedrooms could be improved Overall we had a good time

We spent 10 days in the house, which is on three floors, however, only the middle and upper floors are accessible to guests. The owner lives downstairs and is very nice and helpful. Total privacy was promised, but that is not entirely true. You hear the owner family from the pool area and you sometimes meet when they are going in/out to their entrance which is at the back of the house. The upstairs is extremely hot and AC costs money so we only used the middle floor. Good kitchen and 3 bedrooms with AC and incredible pool area.

Cosy, spacious house with large kitchen. Swimming pool was fantastic, beach nearby. The center of Marsala is a 20-minute walk away.

We had a very nice time. The apartment is very large and comfortably furnished, everyone has their own retreat and the kitchen is fully equipped. The supermarkets and bakers are also very close by and the owner is very friendly. We would like to come again.

The house is very large and comfortable. We stayed there at 9 and we never stepped on each other's feet. The house was clean! The owner very friendly. The only negative is that the bathrooms are a bit dated. But we will return with great pleasure. We had a great stay there.

The house is very nice and cozy in a quiet area 5 minutes from every service, Market, bakeries, etc. the owners were very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend the location. Greetings to Mr. XXX and his daughters.
