Very nice accommodation for a holiday in this region. Particularly sweet, kind and attentive landlords / owners, who live on the ground floor and are always available for help or otherwise. Clean and everything works fine. The air conditioning is very pleasant in the summer and that something extra is paid for it is not surprising. Please note that the swimming pool is 'with the neighbours', a 5-minute walk away, and access costs a hefty extra. In summary: wonderful holiday address to discover the Monferrato.
