From your privileged position, you'll enjoy a front-row seat to awe-inspiring panoramas over the rolling hills of Le Marche and the stunning Adriatic coast.

They say never judge a book by its cover, but the interior is elegantly designed, just as we expected. A sociable open layout, calming cream tones, and eye-catching artwork characterise the ground floor. Climb the stairs to find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and views over the olive grove, the glistening sea or the immaculately manicured gardens. Meanwhile, guests looking for a little more privacy can base themselves in the separate annexe.

Step outside through vast arched bifold doors and seek out a secluded corner, or stroll 100m down to the stunning pool area. In addition to the loungers and a shaded seating area, there's an ultra-modern poolhouse with everything you need, including a kitchenette, a bar, two bathrooms, and a gym/yoga studio.

Green-fingered guests can enjoy a stroll through the grounds in search of home-grown fruit and vegetables near the tennis courts, while anyone with some energy to burn can hone their game out on the court or take things small-scale with games of table tennis and table football. If you need a break from the sun and socialising, head back to the house, settle into a hammock, drift off as you sway gently in the breeze, or stretch out in one of the shaded seating areas.
