Blue Lagoon Apartment 2

Everything is OK overall - but in the apartment over the last 40 years, only a little money has been invested here and there to repair the most basic damage. Unfortunately, the bathroom's inventory is really a shame. Mirrors hang randomly on the wall. The shower cubicle is 40 years old - that's just how it looks, etc.

Well appointed apartment but lacking a little cleanliness. It is located in a residence of owners, most of them elderly people. We did not necessarily feel welcome, us holidaymakers! Likewise, the rules and the atmosphere at the swimming pool are disappointing: swimming caps are mandatory, reserved deckchairs, never any peace and quiet, the locals meet there and chat very loudly!

Neat and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. Large swimming pool, unfortunately you have to wear a bathing cap! Close to Guree Beach, plenty of free parking spaces here. Plenty of room in sun and shade. Water in some places a lot of algae. But otherwise nice place.

Positives: clean place, delightful area, excellent location, very helpful and flexible lady in charge of key collection, internal parking, total quiet. Negatives: bad mattresses and pillows, towels and sheets paid for 10 euros per person, old and rough. No hair dryer and no willingness to provide it if the absence is reported. Old bathroom definitely in need of maintenance. Deposit required of 200 euros for any damage, excessive in my opinion

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not open despite the daily 28-30 degrees outside temperature. Hence the bad rating.
