Villa Costanza Apartment 3

A tastefully furnished apartment with enough space for two couples. Not cheap standard, but exquisitely furnished. Unfortunately, the garden and apartment aren't ideal for use during the colder months. What I would have liked: towels at no extra charge, they're simply part of the package, as well as sufficient dishwasher tablets in the kitchen, perhaps some salt, sugar, etc., i.e., things you don't carry in your suitcase.

Stylishly furnished holiday apartment with designer furniture and very good facilities in a villa with a spacious, beautiful garden with plenty of space, seating and loungers to relax in. Very nice landlady who speaks very good English. Good location, close to the lake. Many things (e.g. Villa Carlotta, Tremezzo, Greenway, bakery, restaurants, boat dock) within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door. Nevertheless, the area is rather quiet. We felt very comfortable.

A week on Lake Como with Costanza as a base is highly recommended. A beautiful apartment with a tasteful decor and many amenities. This apartment would be perfect if there is air conditioning, a parking space is arranged for the guest and the internet is stable. But also for now: Recommended!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is central, the garden is large. Due to the nearby main road and another busy road, the noise level was quite high at night. An air conditioner would have made the apartment even more comfortable. The landlady was friendly and helpful.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a great view of the lake from the balcony. In the garden, a porch swing invites you to lounge around, and there is also a turtle pond. We particularly liked the kitchen equipment and the personal flair: the owner lives on the ground floor and can tell a lot about the history of the house, which once belonged to Konrad Adenauer's doctor. Clean, centrally located, parking lot in front of the house, gladly again!
