The good news first: Magnificent view over the lake. The apartment is clean inside. Cons: No Wi-Fi. The toilet seats in both toilets are broken. Only two sun loungers (4 in the description). High chair is broken. The baby bed is very difficult to set up; instructions are missing. The parasol is broken. The parasol stand is broken. The TV is laptop-sized. Toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, and clothespins are missing. Conclusion: The price is too high despite the great view. In much cheaper apartments, Wi-Fi is normal and less problematic.

The accommodation looks nicer in the pictures, and there is a beautiful view from the terrace. There was a tiny dilapidated courtyard that you couldn't use and no garden. There was an oven in the kitchen, but no dishwasher. Small spoons were missing. The upholstered furniture was stained. There is no WiFi and the TV is tiny. Everything worked in the bathrooms. The small town is quaint and there is a narrow road with 14 bends leading from the lake.

The holiday apartment Casa della Nonna is in a fantastically beautiful location in a typical old stone house in a mountain village above Lake Maggiore. The apartment is tastefully and functionally furnished. But don't expect a luxury apartment. Everything you need is there.

The drain from the washbasin and the shower were blocked, so the drain was very hesitant, and there was no water in the other shower. No W-LAN, this should be available.
