Once a barn, now a simple but cosy apartment for three. Sleeping arrangements are shared here, with the single bed on a raised mezzanine above the double bed. There's also a full kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a desk for catching up on work or planning your trips to the lakes. It's easy from here, there's a lake a five-minute drive away, while Varese and Lugano are thirty minutes away. In the town of Cunardo, you'll find an array of authentic eateries and bars – plenty of spots for a pizza and an aperitivo with the locals.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The single bed can be found above the double bed on a raised mezzanine connected by stairs, so there's minimal privacy.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's a free public car park a fifteen-minute walk away.
