The Lake Como views from this townhouse’s private rooftop terrace and shared swimming pool are hard to beat. Perched on the hillside in the traditional village of Pianello del Lario, it’s a peaceful spot for your Lake Como adventure to begin. Yet when you’re ready to dive into the bustle, Bellagio and Varenna are easily reached via ferry or take a short drive down to Menaggio. Set over three floors, the quirky layout and mezzanine seating area (complete with a sofa bed for two) adds plenty of interest inside. Though truthfully, it’s outside on the covered rooftop terrace where you’ll find yourself lingering the most.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed on the mezzanine level.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay, and there is private parking.

*This home is set over three levels within internal stairs, which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility.
