Ciappai (PTB140)

We stayed in the holiday home for a week and were able to completely relax. It looks exactly like the pictures. You're secluded and can really enjoy it. The landlord is very friendly, and his son speaks excellent English if you have any questions. The only downside is the mosquitoes, but that can be remedied with mosquito spray and candles :)

The accommodation and location are nice. Both bathrooms are well-maintained, and the bedrooms and beds are well-maintained and clean. The furniture is a bit dated, but not a problem. The kitchen is well-equipped, but the dishes and pots could use some updating. The pool was clean, but the loungers were all broken and should be replaced. The access road takes some getting used to and is not recommended for larger, newer cars (it's very narrow!). If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Highly recommended! It could use some investment in loungers and pool equipment. Very friendly landlord!

The location is indescribably beautiful. We spent 3 interesting and beautiful weeks in Pietrabruna. The garbage disposal is a bit of a hassle. The owner was very friendly and took great care of us. The beds in the small room urgently need to be changed. We would repeat our vacation any time.

For us it was a relaxed and restful holiday. The wonderful pool, the magnificent view of the sea, the quiet, secluded location and the enclosed property were perfect for us and our dog. Despite the language problems (the landlord only speaks Italian) we managed well (the son speaks very good English and thanks to cell phone translation) it was no problem. Very nice landlord. We would book the house again at any time!

House in need of renovation, beautiful location/view, serpentine very long, last stretch to the house only for experienced drivers with maximum medium-sized cars.

We, a couple with 2 dogs, arrived in mid-October and the weather was great. We really liked the house and the view. Everything you need is there. On-site processing went well. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

very nice rustico in the village of Pietrabruna. Getting there is a little adventurous because it's narrow, but that's how it is in Liguria. Great view and walking distance to both a small grocery store/bar and also a Restoro La Colmbiera (delicious and super nice). The house has everything you need, it's not super modern inside, but you're mostly in the beautiful outdoor area anyway. The pool was worth its weight in gold for us, the view is wonderful, you can see as far as the sea. Gladly again, landlord very nice.
