For shared use: property 10 ha with plants and trees, orchard, courtyard. Garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking. Grocery 500 m, railway station "Sestri Levante" 1.5 km, sandy beach 1.6 km. Tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Chiavari 10 km, Moneglia 10 km. Wonderful stay, the location is wonderful & generally quiet. 5 minutes by bike to the beach/old town. Contact person on site was available for us at any time, very friendly and helpful. Communication was also possible with our little knowledge of Italian. Our apartment didn't have a direct terrace/balcony, but there was a beautiful inner courtyard. We'll be back :-) The only suggestion for improvement: fly screens against mosquitoes :-)

We were completely satisfied! The accommodation is close to nature, quiet and beautiful, yet central and the living room is spacious and very appealing in its rusticity!

We have been renting this apartment for years. Every time we come, it is more basic. This visit, the 2 living room lamps were gone, leaving none in the living room. The key holder loaned us one from his bedroom. There were no couch pillows. One couch was covered with a sheet. There was no fan to borrow (it got warm and the mosquitos came out in force). The drying cupboard door has been broken for quite some time. Bottom line - some work is needed indoors and broken items need replacing.
