Positioned on the outskirts of the medieval town of Vitorchiano, this villa sits amid an olive farm and lush parkland dotted with centuries-old oak trees. Inside, it’s modern with rustic touches – sloped ceilings, exposed beams, colourful tiled bathrooms, and large windows. There isn’t a dedicated living room, but with so much space to explore outside, you won’t miss it. Spend carefree days lounging in the hammock, stretched out by the pool, or wandering the pretty trails that weave through the grounds. As for the location, the Tuscia Viterbese region is something of a hidden gem, dotted with hillside villages, rolling vineyards, volcanic lakes, and thermal springs.

*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The ground-floor bedroom has two double beds separated by a curtain – it’s not the most private arrangement, but it works perfectly for families.
*The swimming pool is only available for use from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The caretaker's house is located within the grounds but is not visible from the villa and does not share any outdoor areas with it.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free on-site parking.
