house and structure as in the photos, very beautiful environments, beautiful swimming pool, friendly staff, excellent services.... a note poor cleaning of the house

The location has a wonderful view , the pool was very clean and warm. The house wasn t very clean , especially the bathroom . But overall, quality price ratio was ok .

Small-scale park with a nice swimming pool. Cottages are OK, not luxurious, but the necessary is there (except for (wine) glasses). A car is necessary. Fortunately, there is a mini-market at the park. There is only wifi at the pool and in the area (we were not too far from it and still had wifi on the terrace). Aircon works well.

great, with a sea view

Very nice facility, but you have to be aware that you live on the mountain. The steep driveway with parked cars on the side is sometimes very narrow. Very nice little town with winding streets in Sperlonga. Parking fee at the public bathing areas between 8.00 and 10.00. Train line in Fondi about 1.5 hours to Rome €7 per person. Gaeta with beautiful old town. There is generally a parking problem, but otherwise recommended.

The wonderful place, the only flaw is the bad house cleaning

The lease was OK. However, it was poorly cleaned upon arrival. There was a lot of (dog) hair in the home, and the cutlery/service was very dirty! The staff often responded in Italian when spoken to in English. Beautiful area with a beautiful view. Cozy city!

A little dated apartment, invasion of ants. To reach the apartments without using a car, the climb is difficult, especially for the disabled, the elderly and small children. This could be avoided with a kind of small shuttle, as is already in use in other structures. For the position, the apartments are cool, the area is windy, the view is breathtaking. They had been missing from the residence for about 15 years, but nothing has changed.

The structure is simple, but nice.

All very good but unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the wifi which has a weak signal inside the apartment

Asunnot ovat ihan ok, tilaa oli riittävästi, mutta sisustus vähän vanhahtavaa. Näköala on komea ja shuttle-palvelu toimii hyvin, joten pieni välimatka kaupunkiin ja rannoille ei haittaa. Seutu ja rannat ovat todella hyviä.

A nice location with great views over the bay. 15 minute walk to the old town. The pool, bar and shop are not open until June. Very quiet at Easter when we were there

Very good rental with daytime shuttle system. However car essential.
