Beautiful location in the Sabine Mountains. The outdoor area is well maintained. The pool is in good condition. The house itself needs renovation. The bathrooms (showers) in particular - only one of the three listed can actually be used properly - need to be renovated. During our stay there were ants infested throughout the house. Very unpleasant. The price/performance ratio is not right here. Far too expensive. It needs to be cleaned and renovated so that guests can feel comfortable. For max. 6 people.

This house is even better than it looks: the pool is generous and in a stunning setting, and the terrace is a lovely place to while away many hours. We did 4 daytrips into Rome, one to the beach and another to Tuscany.
