You’ll also find a restaurant just 450 metres away, but if you fancy exploring a little further afield the famous city of Bologna is just a 20-minute drive away, where you’ll find an array of local eateries and majestic architecture.

*This home is part of a luxury estate, so you'll have access to a number of shared facilities including tennis courts, a spa, a children's play area and a driving range. The villa itself has a private outdoor pool and two Jacuzzis.


*There's free private parking available here. The nearest town is nine kilometres away, so we'd recommend renting a car if you're keen to explore the local area.


*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.


*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
