Looking to stay close to the beachfront in Marina di Marittima? Well, then this home could be perfect for you. On your doorstep, you’ll find shops and restaurants and, of course, a fantastic beach. But the location isn’t the only highlight here. Check out the fantastic views of the Adriatic Sea from this home’s terrace. There’s a private pool to cool off from the Italian sun, too. Inside, the open-plan living space is on the compact side, but it’s bright and modern. We also should mention that this room has a sofa bed, but due to the lack of space, we think this home is more suited to just two guests.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. *Though you can sleep four people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of two.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the third-floor entrance of the home.
*Though the beach and restaurants are within an easy walk, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay and reach amenities easily. There's free parking here.
