Very nice place, super large and well-maintained swimming pool, large covered terrace, small flat, small lack of maintenance inside the house and not enough utensils for the capacity of people, cooker to be reviewed otherwise very welcoming and available owner.

Beautiful quiet location in the countryside. Easy access, parking for cars and small shops nearby (by car or on foot for long walkers). Sufficient number of bedrooms and bathrooms (3 small showers). 3 large double bedrooms including a master suite and a smaller bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Beautiful shaded terraces. Beautiful large swimming pool but which starts at 1m60 deep with access by ladder. Not suitable for small children (and no safety). There is a smaller rental in an annex of the villa which also uses the swimming pool. The owner sometimes shares the pool with his friends. It's big enough for everyone, but you have to know that. Owner available but often absent during our stay. No air conditioning but large French windows to ventilate, bearable heat even in August given the situation on the heights. Small functional shower cubicles but which should be changed or redo the seals. Dishes, appliances, tables and chairs in sufficient number. Bins for sorting in the house will facilitate the waste management mandatory in Italy. A small renovation (cupboards, WC glasses, showers, surroundings...) would make it possible to have 5 stars.

The facility is located a bit off the beaten track but the view of the fields and mountains is worth it. The great clean pool is a big plus. To the sea 10 km, about 25 minutes. driving. car essential. In one of the rooms there are 2 bunk beds about whether we were not informed and that's the only negative point. A very helpful and friendly host is also a plus

A beautiful view from the pool on the mountains and valleys planted with olives and vines, close to the city, but in a very quiet area, a tiny town, but beautiful, not too far to the sea for those willing and a nice outlet for shopaholics
