Il Rifugio + La Loggia (CAD102) Apartment 3 Casalbordino, Abruzzo

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable house with charm, well equipped, surrounded by a small olive grove + cypresses and holm oaks. Swimming pool ok. Unfortunately the house is falling apart a bit. General cleanliness is also a bit poor. However, we had a very pleasant holiday with our large family of 3 families

Spacious villa, well furnished, equipped with every comfort, ideal for large groups (there are 16 beds). Large swimming pool, not that deep but very well maintained. House in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful garden. The road to reach it is a little bumpy but feasible with any car. The only points that can be improved: renew pots, add some games (ping pong, table football ..), effective check out at 10 (without having to be woken up at 7.20 to cut the grass).

The house is very isolated. We had a wonderful time there. The landlord and his family were just great. They took care of everything immediately and even grilled typical Italian food for us one evening. We felt really well cared for. Great beaches nearby. The house was super clean, everything you need was there and the pool was extremely good. Would book it again in a heartbeat!
