Kitchen: Sink loosely attached and not attached to the combination. No toaster, no kettle as described. Cleaning utensils: Broken broom, mop unusable for wet cleaning. Corridor: Cupboard does not close. Seating area: When it rains, the whole area is full of water. Does not drain away because the floor has the wrong slope. Had to wipe the water out with the broken broom to prevent it from getting into the apartment. That happened on 3 days. No WiFi internet.

Nothing is like in the photos. Electrical outlets do not work, the sofa bed is one of those camp beds, the 4 burners do not exist but you will find a mobile induction plate with two stalls, missing dishes. We had asked for a small oven to replace the missing burners but they did not take us into consideration. We bought a curtain for the kitchen and other things to make the accommodation worthy and comfortable. Terrible assistance! At the price paid you can find better solutions. We have been going there for years.

Reported door window with broken lock, socket with socket broken inwards, broken shower hose, presence of massive ants and round insects, missing deep cleaning. The maintenance man arrived immediately and repaired the socket and shower. He dismantled the lock and noted that it needed to be replaced and would do so within 2 days maximum.
