The holiday home is getting a bit old, the equipment (glasses) should be replaced again. The bathrooms are rather cumbersome, especially the showers, it is not possible to take a shower in any bathroom without the whole bathroom being completely wet. You should know when you book this holiday home that there is no restaurant in the immediate vicinity (20 minutes), so a car is essential! In our opinion, the driveway should also be urgently repaired (potholes)

This was our second time staying at this property and we would go again. Concerns were taken care of immediately, so that there was nothing to complain about.

We would like to thank the R. family for their friendliness and great wine! It was a very relaxing holiday.

We really liked the house. There was ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee maker, sandwich maker etc. The pool was large and there were plenty of loungers and sun loungers. There is a large covered terrace with a large table where you can comfortably eat and enjoy the scenery. The only downside is the adventurous approach with some massive holes. It was a beautiful vacation.

Clean and well-kept house with beautiful views of the vineyards with a very pleasant swimming pool and large garden. The only problem, unfortunately not a small one, is the country road to reach the house, which can only be reached from the center of Mercatale after about 15 minutes of dirt road. The road has many stones and sloping sections that make it difficult to travel if you do not have an off-road vehicle, 4x4 or in any case cars with a fairly significant ground clearance.

We were this year for the third time in this beautiful house. The additional bedroom with its own bathroom has upgraded the house even more. Paoloa gave us a friendly welcome, everything was fine.

Great house with everything we needed. Only downsides were: the road to it is very bad and is almost impossible to do with a normal lower car. We were also there with a toddler and the pool is not secured, so we were never really comfortable. Furthermore, very friendly people and great views, good beds, everything clean and equipped with all modern necessities.

We had a very pleasant holiday in the holiday home! Everything is materially provided that we could think we would need. The road to it is unpaved for the last km or so and quite adventurous, but the location is also very quiet and only gives the feeling of being on the mountain top, although there are neighbors and neighbors below. Very friendly reception. Please note that you still have to pay for cleaning and sheets. We were happy with this because sheets and towels take up a lot of space, but this was quite pricey. The house has no air conditioning but is quite fresh inside due to construction and with the shutters. We have sat outside under the awning many times and ate there every moment. Nice seats at the pool. One bed was a bit broken. Plates, cutlery, ... are well stocked, glasses had some dishwasher deposits. WiFi was on Friday. More intensive use with 5 kids. Washing machine and dishwasher did their job :)

Driveway to house is narrow and partly very steep gravel road. In couple of days we got use to it and it was not a big problem. House is big and all nessessary equipment was available. Not very luxyry but ok in every way. Pool is very near the porch witch is importaint with young children. Pool is big and water was clean. Kids liked it very much. View from the house is amazing. Althoug location in the hill could be windy at times. We had very nice vacation here and we consider coming back some other time.

Like last year, we were warmly welcomed by XXX and her father. The house offers many pleasant places to relax. Whether by the fireplace, or on the terrace, or comfortably on the sofas. It's a special pleasure to jump into the pool and enjoy the beautiful landscape after long trips when the weather is nice. Thank you dear family XXX
