2 familys with teenagers, perfect house with four big bedrooms and three bathrooms. Best was our own outside patio, the barbaque and an amazing pool area (half pool is deep so you can dive in to it). Nice area with much to see and close to Poggibonsi. G. is a really serviceminded and nice host and the rosé wine is marvelous.

Wonderful place, we spent a week in these beautiful surroundings with our family and partners. Located among grapes and olive trees, delicious home-grown wines for sale from the owner. Friendly and cooperative owner, car is necessary. Centrally located for visiting cities such as Florence and Siena.

The location of the property is great (for sightseeing). Unfortunately, however, everything is getting old and nothing has been renovated. In addition, it was relatively dirty; Starting with tufts of hair from various previous guests, dirty dishes, dirty bathroom. One of our grandmas had bug bites from the first night! The rest of us unbearably many mosquito bites. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place very quiet. Access not very easy with a bus and apartment not recommended for people with walking difficulties. (steep slope to get to the apartment) No wardrobe in all bedrooms and no hangers in existing wardrobes!! But what peace. We will keep very good memories of our stay.

Beautiful Tuscan house Comfortable and well located to visit Siena, FLorence, San Gimignano ...... The owner is very welcoming and always ready to help. He produces a very good wine as well as excellent olive oil
