Unfortunately, 2 pools were not open as advertised, but only 1 pool. Only on the day of departure was the 2nd opened. This resulted in space problems for the guests at the pool at times. We expect a concession from you here, because this information was not clear in advance and ultimately very cumbersome for us. The facility is a dream and the hosts very friendly. The restaurant rather expensive, but very tasty.
