Kaldi

Holiday homes, especially on Lake Balaton, have their own flair. Usually located directly on the lake, they exude familiarity and serenity. Ours was a good, but not outstanding experience. The general impression could be described as "crammed". You don't have to feel like you're moving in with someone else. We found it particularly unpleasant that even though we didn't even get the key from the owner, he still insisted on handing over our ID cards.

We spent 14 days in the Kaldi House and were very satisfied. The furnishings and rooms are very good, and the kitchen has everything you need. The only recommendation for future guests, if you want your usual coffee, would be to bring a coffee machine with you. There is only a Hungarian espresso machine. Otherwise, you can make yourself very comfortable in the house, but especially on the 2 balconies or in the garden behind the house.
