Cute house and really very well located. Really a great potential wasted by an obvious lack of investment, even of small importance

We first chose this house for its location (close to the beach, shops and the train station, because we came by public transport). The layout of the house is ideal and the courtyard has no vis-à-vis. Not specified in the announcement, but there are 2 toilets (1 separate, and another in the bathroom). Only small regrets: - one of the rooms is a bit small; - the refrigerator, normally for 6, is also small. We had a very good stay!
