There is a kitchen/diner, a utility room and a sitting room. To the outside, there is a large patio with furniture to the front, a lawned area to the side and two raised patio areas to the rear with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, while off road parking is available for three cars. Clear View is a wonderful holiday cottage by the sea for all, all year round.

Pendine is a lovely seaside village with a seven mile stretch of sandy beach and is known for its car racing history. There are local restaurants, pubs, gift shops and a café and grocery shop in this wonderful holiday location. Nearby are the neighbouring seaside resorts Tenby, Caldey Island, and Manorbier. Pendine is a great holiday destination for a family who want a quiet break away to the Welsh coast.
