There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony and a snug. To the front of the property is off-road parking for one car with additional guest parking and at the rear is a private patio with furniture overlooking the River Fowey. The Moorings makes a wonderful choice for an escape to Cornwall with friends or family. Note: there are no car charging facilities at the property.

The Cornish town is renowned as a centre for antiques trade, giving it a quaint atmosphere and plenty of lovely shops to explore alongside its good range of eateries. Nearby attractions include the National Trust Lanhydrock House, Boconnoc House and the Eden Project, while Charlestown, Fowey and Padstow also boast their own unique excitement.
