The Hideaway is a contemporary detached property located in the village of Verwood in Dorset. Hosting one bedroom with en-suite, this accommodation can sleep up to two people. Inside, there is also an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside, is off road parking for two cars and a garden with a patio area and furniture. Located in a scenic setting and a short distance from local attractions, The Hideaway is a peaceful cottage in an excellent part of England.

All ground floor. One double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Area
The thriving community of Verwood can be found in rural East Dorset, close to the borders of Hampshire and Wiltshire, only 5 miles from Ringwood. Home to the lovely Moors Valley Country Park including the Go Ape high-wire adventure. Verwood is surrounded by farmland and countryside, and makes a great touring centre.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fabulous property in immaculate condition.. Felt like a real home from home. Very convenient for visiting the New Forest and coastal region. Would certainly return to this property if visiting the area again in the future.

Beautiful cottage, clean and spacious.. Owners left us a nice bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates. Morrisons have a new large supermarket just down the road. Cottage is perfectly situated to tour the area, lots of National Trust properties within easy reach. New forest is very close with lovely open countryside and views of the ponies.

The Hideaway was perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday.. Situated close to The New Forest and a short drive to Wimbourne, Mudeford, Lymington, Beaulieu and Southampton. Would certainly recommend this property to family and friends.

The Hideaway is a very modern, clean and comfortable cottage.. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The owners, Neil and Jo, made us welcome and althought they were next door we did not feel overlooked or in the way. It is a quiet and peaceful place. The area around Verwood is lovely and there are so many places to visit nearby that we were never lost for things to do.

A lovely location & very conveniently situated for shops and/or woodland walks.. A little tricky to find initially as No 40 is a short turning off Dewlands Way. The Hideaway is aptly named.

The Hideaway was a lovely holiday let.. It was furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style. It had a really comfortable bed which was important to us. Extremely clean and tidy. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The prosecco and chocolates were a nice touch. We would definitely recommend It.

The cottage is in the perfect location for exploring Dorset and surrounding areas.. Neil and Jo are friendly and helpful and we were made to feel welcome. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday and the bottle of prosecco was a lovely little touch. Would highly recommend

Friendly owners live on the same site.. People reliant on wheel chair might find path from car to accommodation difficult - limestone chips quite rough.

The cottage was simply lovely.. It had everything we could have possibly needed. It was very clean and furnished to a very high standard. It is the perfect location for exploring around 10 mins to New Forest and about 20/25 minutes to Bournemouth by car. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again in the future. Also thank you for the procesco and chocolates - lovely touch!
