All on the ground floor, there is one zip/link super-king-size bedroom, serviced by a bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to two people. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside is ample off-road parking and a gravelled area with seating. The Garden Room is a charming property, making a delightful base for your romantic retreat. Electric charging point available upon request. Electric charging point - 35p per unit payable during your stay to the owner direct.

In easy reach of Hexham and Newcastle upon Tyne, The Garden Room is encompassed by excitement.
