This cottage, set over most of the ground floor, sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one first floor king-size double with en-suite shower, a double and a twin with en-suite bath, together with a family shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, and on-site there's a indoor swimming pool, tennis court, steam room and gym. No. 2 - Cedar Lodge is a lovely Cornwall holiday base.

Wadebridge is a market town situated along the River Camel in North Cornwall. The town has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beautiful countryside surrounding the town is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, gardens and stately homes to explore, whilst the renowned Camel Trail passes through the town, providing 17 miles of traffic free, walking, horse riding and cycling opportunities.
