One of the oldest buildings in the village, a post office, a shop, and a great fish and chip shop are all located in Minsterley. Nearby Pontesbury offers take-away and restaurant options as well as Arscott Golf Club and Springlea Fishing Pool. The Pontesbury cycle/footpath is also just a mile away. For those who enjoy hiking and spotting wildlife, The Long Mynd is a great place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. One of England's best-preserved towns, Shrewsbury sits on a loop of the River Severn and has more than 600 listed buildings. Shrewsbury's Summer Season is one of many festivals you can attend while you explore the city's charming cobbled alleyways and squares..
